Spa Receptionist – Luxury Day Spa

About the role

We are looking for a warm and professional Spa Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Marula Day Spa at Monarto Safari Resort. The successful candidate will ensure every guest enjoys a luxurious and tranquil experience from the moment they arrive, while supporting therapists and the daily flow of the spa.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a warm, luxurious arrival experience.
• Manage spa bookings, guest check‑ins and appointment scheduling.
• Support spa therapists with daily coordination and treatment flow.
• Assist guests with information on spa packages, treatments and general enquiries.
• Process financial transactions accurately and professionally.
• Maintain the reception area and ensure all spa documentation is up to date.

Required profile

• Previous reception or customer‑service experience, preferably in a spa, wellness, hotel or luxury environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting while remaining calm, graceful and detail‑oriented.
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills with a polished presentation.
• Genuine passion for wellness and a desire to create memorable guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work weekends.
