Site Supervisor – Commercial Construction (Darwin, NT)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead commercial construction projects in Darwin, NT. The role involves overseeing day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery across fit‑outs and new builds up to $20M.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site activities and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, labour, and materials.
• Monitor project programmes, construction schedules and ensure works meet specifications.
• Conduct site inspections, maintain quality standards and oversee inductions, permits and compliance.
• Lead toolbox talks, promote a strong safety culture and manage defect rectification and handover.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders, reporting progress, risks and performance.

Required profile

• Trade qualified, preferably in Carpentry.
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial construction projects.
• Strong background in Design & Construct (D&C) environments.
• Experience delivering commercial fit‑outs and new builds.
• Current White Card and a valid driver’s licence.
