About the role

Versatile Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead on‑site construction for high‑profile residential and mixed‑use developments across the CBD and city fringe. You will oversee large‑scale projects valued between $100M and $400M, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on‑site construction activities with WHSE, quality and contractual compliance.
• Mentor, engage and coordinate contractors, subcontractors and on‑site teams.
• Oversee budgets, resources and program delivery for large‑scale projects.
• Maintain strong client engagement and deliver exceptional stakeholder satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential or mixed‑use projects valued $100M–$400M.
• Strong knowledge of WHSE standards, construction management and subcontractor coordination.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
