Shift Supervisor – Fast‑service Mexican Restaurant

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Shift Supervisor to lead our team at the Unley Zambrero restaurant. You will ensure fast, fresh, and healthy Mexican food is prepared and served with a smile while upholding our humanitarian values.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and model Zambrero values.
• Assist with hiring, training, performance reviews, and rostering.
• Maintain high standards for food preparation, presentation, and service.
• Support stock ordering and manage office administration tasks such as paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll, and policy reviews.
• Oversee cleaning of production areas, dining room, and overall restaurant.
• Ensure safety and security standards are met and provide Workplace Health and Safety training.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a fast‑service restaurant environment.
• Passion for humanitarian values and creating a positive workplace culture.
• Clear communication skills and professional appearance.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast‑paced setting.
