About the role
The Service Technician will join Rauland’s Perth team to ensure health‑technology solutions remain operational and reliable for healthcare customers. Reporting to the Project & Service Delivery Manager, you will provide on‑site technical support and contribute to system upgrades and expansions.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults promptly to minimise downtime.
- Support minor works, upgrades, replacements and system expansions in collaboration with project and technical teams.
- Install, configure (no coding) and maintain health‑technology equipment and systems at customer sites.
- Maintain system availability and ensure equipment complies with safety and performance standards.
Required profile
- Experience installing, configuring and maintaining health‑technology equipment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with project and technical teams.
- Customer‑focused attitude with strong communication skills.
Required skills
- Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis of technical equipment.
- Installation and configuration of health‑technology systems.
- Maintenance of medical and clinical hardware.
