About the role
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for a high‑volume blue‑collar mining portfolio. You will partner with hiring leaders to design and execute sourcing strategies, build proactive talent pipelines, and deliver fast, high‑quality hiring outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for operators, trades, and site‑based roles, from workforce planning to offer management.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing and talent‑pooling campaigns to meet high‑volume hiring demands.
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to shape hiring plans and drive efficient decision‑making.
- Coordinate interview processes and ensure timely communication with candidates and internal teams.
Required profile
- Proven experience in high‑volume talent acquisition, preferably within the blue‑collar mining sector.
- Strong understanding of the mining talent market and ability to build robust pipelines.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
