Senior Salesforce Technical Lead – Financial Services

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical Lead to manage application support and enhancement activities for Salesforce platforms within the Financial Services industry. The role combines hands‑on technical expertise with leadership of L2/L3 support teams to ensure platform stability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce support operations and ensure SLA compliance.
• Act as the technical escalation point for critical incidents and production issues.
• Manage incident, problem, change, and release management activities.
• Lead a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and support analysts.
• Drive system enhancements and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize support and enhancement requests.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement preventive measures.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of overall IT experience.
• 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong Salesforce administration and development background.
• Experience with Financial Services Cloud or banking, insurance, wealth‑management, or lending environments is highly preferred.
