About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our high‑performing desk focused on Accountancy & Finance talent. Based in Sydney with a hybrid work model, you will manage an active portfolio of clients and candidates across key Australian markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of client relationships, delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle, from sourcing to placement.
• Drive business development initiatives to increase revenue and market share.
• Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring strong commercial outcomes for both clients and candidates.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience, preferably within Accountancy & Finance.
• Demonstrated ability to run a desk autonomously at a senior level.
• Strong commercial judgement and negotiation capabilities.
• Collaborative, resilient, and solutions‑focused mindset.
• Available to work from Sydney with flexibility for hybrid arrangements.
