Senior Manager NFR Data, Insights and Systems

About the role

ANZ is seeking a senior leader to design and deliver its non‑financial risk (NFR) platform, NFRHub. The role bridges risk strategy, data, and technology to provide trusted, decision‑ready information for board and regulatory oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of NFR systems, data and reporting that meet regulatory expectations and support executive decision‑making.
• Translate risk strategy into clear roadmaps, priorities and measurable outcomes across multiple workstreams.
• Optimise resourcing and build a cross‑skilled team that can flex to shifting risk and delivery needs.
• Champion fit‑for‑purpose, out‑of‑the‑box solutions to improve speed, resilience and user experience.
• Provide enterprise‑level accountability for the performance, resilience and evolution of NFR systems.
• Partner with Technology and Enterprise teams to deliver controlled system enhancements, integrations and automation.
• Uphold robust NFR data governance standards, including data ownership, quality, lineage and security.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in delivering risk‑focused data systems within a regulated environment.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across risk, technology and enterprise data functions.
• Experience leading flexible, cross‑functional teams and managing competing priorities.
