Senior Manager – Business Advisory & Tax

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to take ownership of an established client portfolio and deliver commercial business advisory services. The role combines strong tax expertise with a client‑focused, growth‑oriented mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand an existing portfolio of clients, providing both compliance and structuring tax advice.
• Deliver commercial business advisory services that align with client objectives.
• Lead, mentor and develop a small team of professionals.
• Collaborate closely with Partners on firm strategy, growth initiatives and business development.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue and service excellence.

Required profile

• Current Senior Manager or Director in a public practice environment.
• Proven background in Business Advisory or Business Services.
• Technically solid in tax with a practical, client‑focused approach.
• Commercially minded, outward‑thinking and eager to grow a portfolio.
• Long‑term ambition to become a Partner.
