Senior Logistics Manager

About the role

Crop Shop Boutique (CSB) is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager to own and lead its end‑to‑end logistics strategy. You will be responsible for inbound freight, warehousing, fulfilment, outbound shipping and returns, ensuring a seamless post‑purchase experience while supporting rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all logistics operations across inbound, outbound, warehousing, and returns.
• Develop and execute logistics strategies aligned with CSB’s growth plans.
• Partner with freight forwarders to optimise customs clearance, duties and delivery accuracy.
• Collaborate with factories, product, and warehouse teams to manage shipment reports and address variances.
• Work with CX and Operations to improve the DTC delivery experience.
• Evaluate and adjust shipping rate structures across Shopify stores.
• Own inventory management for all fulfilment centres and Shopify stores.
• Monitor vendor performance against SLA/KPI metrics.
• Design and manage domestic and international returns processes.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements with 3PL partners and freight providers.
• Provide advanced reporting on logistics KPIs and deliver business insights.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives, SOP development and governance frameworks.
• Coach, develop and succession‑plan a high‑performing logistics team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• Proven experience in e‑commerce logistics, preferably in a fast‑growth environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
