Senior Home & Investment Lending Manager – Melbourne

About the role

ANZ is recruiting senior and executive level Home & Investment Lending Managers for multiple permanent, full‑time positions across Melbourne branch locations. The role focuses on helping customers save for, purchase and own residential or investment properties while driving the bank’s growth in the home‑lending market.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and referral partners in the local market.
• Originate, assess and process home and investment loan applications.
• Achieve lending targets and contribute to ANZ’s growth strategy.
• Deliver high‑quality service with fast turnaround times.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to generate leads and improve processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential or commercial lending, preferably at senior or executive level.
• Deep knowledge of the Melbourne property market.
• Strong customer‑focused mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
