Senior Graphic Designer – Marketing & Communications

About the role

Join the Marketing and Communications team at NextSense as a Senior Graphic Designer, creating impactful visual content that supports people with vision and hearing loss. You will work onsite at the Macquarie Park headquarters, reporting to the Lead Graphic Designer & Traffic Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative graphic content for print and digital media, including annual reports, brochures, flyers and newsletters.
• Apply and maintain brand guidelines across all design touchpoints and ensure consistency with the brand strategy and online brand platform.
• Support digital media production, including filming, photography, lighting, editing and final content delivery.
• Review marketing material from across the organisation to ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Design online content for web, campaigns and social media channels as needed.

Required profile

• Undergraduate Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design.
• Minimum five years of graphic design experience.
• Understanding of sensitivities around publishing material about children and adults with disabilities.
• Commitment to working in the hearing and vision impairment sector and compliance with child protection policies.
