Senior E&I Supervisor

About the role

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Senior E&I Supervisor to join its PNG Operations team. The role will be based in the Brisbane office until December, after which it will move on‑site in Papua New Guinea on a FIFO 4:4 roster, reporting to the Construction Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise electrical and instrumentation project scopes, planning, coordinating and assisting daily crew activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal, client and legislative HSE requirements.
• Maintain quality, production and environmental standards throughout the project.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior or Lead E&I Supervisor in the resources sector, preferably oil and gas.
• Cert III in Electro‑Technology and a current Australian Electrical License.
• Cert III in Instrumentation and EEHA Certification (highly regarded).
• Strong leadership, planning and communication abilities.
• Experience using digital completions systems and working in remote locations such as PNG.
