Senior Developer – IBM ODM, .NET & Power BI (Hybrid)

About the role

Our federal government client is looking for an experienced Senior Developer to design, develop and implement on‑premises and cloud‑based applications and reporting solutions across Queensland, ACT, Victoria and New South Wales. The role is hybrid, offering flexibility while supporting critical business initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain applications using IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM).NET technologies and Power BI.
• Configure and manage business rules within IBM ODM.
• Create, optimise and deliver dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Work within a governance‑driven environment, adhering to change management, risk, security and audit standards.
• Collaborate with agile teams (Scrum) and communicate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering complex ICT solutions in large organisations.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working in structured, governance‑focused development environments.
