Senior Consultant – Membership CRM (Hybrid)

About the role

This senior consultancy position focuses on helping membership organisations, associations and not‑for‑profits navigate digital transformation. The role is relationship‑led, requiring deep sector knowledge to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution design and implementation for membership CRM projects, primarily cloud‑based migrations.
• Collaborate with client teams to capture and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Guide senior stakeholders through digital change, highlighting opportunities and managing adoption.
• Provide ongoing troubleshooting, system support and recommendations for enhancements.
• Build long‑term trusted relationships with clients across the NFP and association sector.
• Help clients maximise value from existing software rather than starting from scratch.

Required profile

• Proven experience working within an association, member‑based organisation or not‑for‑profit.
• Comfortable engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to translate complex requirements into clear solutions.
• Self‑driven, proactive and able to work autonomously.
• Understanding of digital transformation and change management.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as iMIS, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or HubSpot.
