About the role
ANZ is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead the change approach for the Talent & Culture Non‑Financial Risk (NFR) Project (PACT). You will partner with project and business leaders to embed risk‑management improvements and ensure sustainable adoption of new ways of working across the division.
Key responsibilities
- Define and deliver change strategies that support NFR uplift activities under the APRA Enforceable Undertaking.
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to shape sequencing and resourcing.
- Develop and execute integrated change plans, including communications, training, engagement and readiness activities.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, SMEs and business stakeholders to embed change into delivery while meeting enterprise standards and governance.
- Establish sustainable change practices that reinforce operational risk and compliance improvements.
- Produce high‑quality change artefacts and communication materials for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
Required profile
- Strong operational risk and risk‑management expertise.
- Proven experience delivering maturity uplift programs in regulated environments, preferably with APRA remediation or Enforceable Undertakings.
- Practical delivery mindset with the ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
- Passionate about driving risk‑culture change and behavioural improvement.
