Senior AI Security Consultant – Microsoft Copilot

About the role

SecureNative AI is seeking a senior, customer‑facing consultant to lead Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption and security projects for enterprise clients across Australia. You will guide organisations from initial readiness assessments through secure deployment, ensuring AI capabilities are trusted, safe, and scalable.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness assessments, identifying data‑security and permission risks.
• Design and deliver “trusted pathway” blueprints that align Copilot rollout with Zero Trust, Essential Eight, and compliance obligations.
• Guide customers through SharePoint Advanced Management, restricted search, and site‑level access reviews.
• Develop adoption roadmaps that combine technical controls, change‑management, persona‑based pilots, and measurable success criteria.
• Establish responsible AI guardrails covering acceptable use, prompt governance, and audit processes.

Required profile

• Proven senior security consulting experience with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Purview and the Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption lifecycle.
• Strong customer‑relationship skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work with senior business and technical stakeholders to define use cases and measure outcomes.
