SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Configuration Consultant

About the role

The SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Configuration Consultant will join Deloitte's HRT2 team in Perth, providing incident and change request support for multiple client organisations. You will work closely with functional and technical specialists to design, develop, and deliver solutions across SAP SuccessFactors modules, focusing on Payroll and Employee Central.

Key responsibilities

• Action incident and change tickets accurately and efficiently.
• Provide solutions, workarounds, and clear communication to customers.
• Ensure compliance with Australian legislative requirements.
• Address user reporting needs and resolve end‑user queries.
• Troubleshoot unexpected outcomes, raise issues with SAP, and enhance procedures and documentation.
• Balance and reconcile payroll and general‑ledger postings.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll (essential).
• Experience with additional modules such as Learning, Performance, Onboarding, Recruitment, or Reporting is a plus.
• Strong ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage conflicting deadlines.
• Solid knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, compliance and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, professionalism and discretion.
