About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our Robina team. In this role you will deliver exceptional customer service and leverage product knowledge to create memorable experiences and drive sales.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to create the optimal Nick Scali experience.
- Utilise product knowledge and selling skills to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Complete sales order paperwork and internal documentation accurately for timely processing.
- Maximise sales through effective techniques, including room solutions and add‑on sales.
- Collaborate with the Showroom Manager to maintain showroom standards, visual merchandising and pricing accuracy.
Required profile
- Previous sales experience, ideally in furniture or high‑value items such as jewellery, cars, bedding, luxury goods or travel.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm, especially during busy periods.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Open to feedback, eager to learn and demonstrate a growth mindset.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
