Reservation Consultant – Full‑Time

About the role

Join SeaLink Marine & Tourism as a Permanent Full‑Time Reservation Consultant, providing exceptional service to ferry passengers across Moreton Bay. You will handle phone, email and face‑to‑face interactions, processing ticket sales, ferry bookings and vehicle check‑ins.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer enquiries via phone, email and in‑person at three terminals.
• Process ticket sales, ferry reservations and vehicle check‑ins accurately.
• Maintain booking systems and ensure data integrity.
• Work a rotating roster that includes weekends and public holidays.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service targets and adapt to changing business needs.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time‑management and ability to work under pressure.
• Reliability and flexibility to work across Cleveland, Redland Bay and Dunwich terminals.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
