About the role
Join RecXchange as a Remote Recruiter and work from anywhere in the world. You will access live global vacancies on the platform, submit qualified candidates, and earn a placement fee for each successful hire.
Key responsibilities
- Log into the RecXchange platform to view active client roles.
- Source, screen, and present candidates that match the job requirements.
- Submit candidates into the hiring process and track their progress.
- Collaborate with other independent recruiters on shared opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of submissions and placements.
Required profile
- Current or former agency recruiter with a strong candidate network.
- Freelance recruiter looking to generate additional placements.
- Recruiter between roles who wants to continue billing.
- Self‑motivated professional comfortable working independently.
