RecXchange is a global recruiter collaboration platform that connects independent recruiters with live client vacancies worldwide. As a Remote Recruiter you will source and submit candidates for active hiring processes, earning a placement fee for each successful hire.

Key responsibilities

• Access and review live global job openings on the RecXchange platform.
• Identify, engage, and submit qualified candidates for each vacancy.
• Collaborate with other recruiters on the platform when needed.
• Track candidate progress through the hiring pipeline and ensure timely communication.
• Earn a commission of $3,000‑$11,000 for every candidate placed.

Required profile

• Current or former agency recruiter, freelance recruiter, or professional with a strong candidate network.
• Experience sourcing and placing candidates across multiple industries.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
• Motivation to generate placements on a commission‑based model.

Required skills

• Proficiency in candidate sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment platforms.
