Regional Controller

About the role

Eucalyptus, a leader in long‑term weight‑management care and part of Hims & Hers, is looking for a Regional Controller in Sydney. You will own end‑to‑end controllership for the international group, guiding the accounting function through a period of rapid growth and integration with a US‑listed parent.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual close for all in‑scope entities, aligned with the Hims & Hers reporting calendar.
• Prepare and deliver group reporting, including US GAAP consolidation, flux analysis, balance‑sheet reviews and commentary.
• Manage local statutory reporting in Australia and other jurisdictions (AASB/IFRS) and coordinate with external advisers.
• Oversee treasury, accounts payable, payroll and the broader control environment.
• Design and implement the first‑year SOX compliance program for the group.
• Provide technical accounting guidance, develop accounting memos and resolve complex accounting issues.

Required profile

• Strategic yet hands‑on finance professional able to set high‑quality controllership standards.
• Proven ability to improve processes, challenge reconciliations and drive disciplined reporting.
• Experience working in an international, fast‑growing environment.
