Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

The Recruitment Coordinator will support the Royal Flying Doctor Service’s recruitment activities across the Northern Territory. Reporting to the Senior Recruiter and partnering with the People & Culture Business Partner, you will manage end‑to‑end hiring processes for multiple vacancies, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and publish job advertisements and position descriptions on relevant platforms.
• Screen, shortlist and assess candidates against essential criteria.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and interview panels.
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
• Maintain accurate records in the recruitment system and update tracking dashboards.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals and direct outreach.
• Support onboarding documentation and compliance requirements.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Demonstrated experience in a recruitment or talent coordination role.
• Experience using a Talent Management System and LinkedIn Recruiter.
