Recruitment Advisor

About the role

AdvertisementPLS is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join its West Perth office. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will partner with department managers and hiring leads to attract and secure talent that aligns with the company’s values and purpose.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify recruitment needs and define role requirements.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate role data, including remuneration, incentives, and onboarding logistics.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process: compile position descriptions, obtain approvals, draft and post job advertisements, shortlist and screen applications, coordinate interviews, and arrange pre‑employment checks.
• Issue contracts of employment and initiate onboarding for successful candidates.
• Provide a timely, professional candidate experience regardless of application outcome.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
