Recruiter & Mobilisation Officer

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Recruiter & Mobilisation Officer to join our Rockingham Beach office. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will lead recruitment activities while supporting crew mobilisation across multiple WA projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment campaigns and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Screen, interview and place qualified personnel for crane, rigging, transport and construction projects.
• Coordinate onboarding, compliance, medicals, VOCs and training requirements.
• Assist the mobilisation team with workforce planning, site‑ready checks and shutdown support.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, candidates and on‑site crews.
• Advertise roles on SEEK and other recruitment platforms and keep recruitment databases up to date.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a recruiter, preferably in the crane or labour‑hire industry.
• Previous exposure to shutdown and project compliance processes.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Current WA driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment software such as JobAdder.
• Experience using BambooHR or similar HR platforms.
