Quality Engineer – Digital Experiences

About the role

Join Qantas' new Product Innovation Centre in Adelaide as a Quality Engineer, shaping high‑quality digital experiences for customers. You will embed robust testing strategies and automation practices to ensure software reliability, performance, and security.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners, developers and business stakeholders to design, automate and execute testing strategies.
• Identify improvement areas and continuously enhance testing frameworks, tools and overall quality practices.
• Ensure integrated systems perform at their best, supporting consultants and contact‑centre teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering with hands‑on automation testing across service integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with BDD, CI, Git and cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Ability to define and execute end‑to‑end test strategies covering user journeys, data flows and system integrations.
