Projects Delivery Manager

About the role

Toshiba is looking for an experienced Projects Delivery Manager to lead the Power Generation Delivery team. Reporting to the Head of Projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of thermal energy generation projects across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a group of approximately eight Mechanical Project and Site Managers and Engineers.
• Ensure project execution aligns with Toshiba’s standards and Project Management framework.
• Maintain daily communication with project managers to monitor status, risks and financial performance.
• Control project budgets and reporting within the PPM system.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing appropriate strategies.
• Collaborate with the governance team to enforce project controls and QHSE processes.
• Drive continuous improvement of the Project Management framework and establish new delivery standards.
• Build and nurture relationships with key customer leadership teams.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience managing projects in the thermal energy generation sector.
• Strong knowledge of the Australian energy generation industry, technologies and customers.
• Proven ability to manage both site‑based and office‑based project teams.
• Degree in engineering, science or equivalent industry trade experience.

Required skills

• Experience using project management software.
