Project Manager – Restaurant Development

About the role

Grill’d is seeking a Project Manager to join its Design & Development team. Reporting to the National Construction Manager, you will oversee the delivery of new restaurant openings, refurbishments and drive‑thru projects across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of new Grill’d restaurants, refurbishments and drive‑thru projects.
• Coordinate with builders, shopfitters, landlords, councils and consultants to keep projects on schedule.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing timelines, budgets and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure projects meet Grill’d’s quality standards and are delivered within budget.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, becoming the trusted project point of contact.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering hospitality, retail or multi‑site fit‑out/refurbishment projects in fast‑paced environments.
• Resilient and solutions‑focused, able to handle competing priorities and timeline changes.
• Excellent communicator who can quickly build trust and manage stakeholders at all levels.
• Commercially minded with experience managing budgets, reviewing tenders and negotiating with contractors.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented with strong time‑management skills.
