Project Manager – Residential & Commercial Construction

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of high‑end residential and commercial construction projects. You will split your time between the office and site, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet our quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multiple residential and commercial projects from inception to handover.
• Coordinate trades, suppliers, and scheduling to keep work flowing smoothly.
• Manage project budgets, variations, and cost control.
• Liaise with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
• Support on‑site teams, ensuring health, safety, and quality compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in high‑end residential builds, commercial projects, or fit‑out work in the Adelaide market.
• Comfortable juggling several projects and moving between site and office.
• Strong commercial awareness with an ability to manage budgets and variations.
• Tech‑savvy and able to use project management software and related systems.
