About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Specialist to work remotely with our AI development teams. This contract position focuses on enhancing AI training materials and guiding cross‑functional groups to ensure project success.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI development teams to provide expert insights on project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Develop and review AI training materials that reflect best practices across diverse industries.
• Translate complex project management scenarios into clear, data‑rich examples for AI model enhancement.
• Guide technical staff and serve as a client‑facing lead to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Articulate effective team leadership, prioritization, and stakeholder communication for AI learning modules.
• Continuously evaluate and refine AI outputs to ensure relevance, accuracy, and practical value.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end project management across various industries and project scales.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Demonstrated success in team management and guiding cross‑functional groups.
• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities, including resource and budget management.
• Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation, and adaptive planning in evolving project landscapes.
