Project Engineer – CBD Residential Development

About the role

We are partnering with a growing builder to deliver a $50M residential development in Sydney’s CBD. This role offers a Project Engineer the chance to gain exposure across the full project lifecycle within a supportive, down‑to‑earth team.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of a large‑scale residential project.
• Coordinate subcontractors and consultants.
• Assist with programme and services coordination.
• Help with procurement and project reporting.
• Manage QA and compliance processes.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and site delivery team.

Required profile

• Experience in residential construction.
• Understanding of project coordination and delivery fundamentals.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused attitude.
