People Systems Administrator

About the role

Petstock Group is looking for a People Systems Administrator to keep its Workday platform stable, secure, and thoughtfully configured. You will act as the go‑to expert for Workday, ensuring the system supports the company’s people processes while continuously improving functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday backend, including business processes, security roles, and tenant health.
• Debug issues across Workday modules with thorough root‑cause analysis.
• Deploy enhancements and upgrades, turning business ideas into scalable Workday solutions.
• Build reports and dashboards that turn raw data into clear insights.
• Manage user access to ensure the right people have the right permissions.
• Translate business requirements into Workday logic and explain system behavior to non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience as a Workday Systems Administrator or Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Workday configuration, reporting, and business processes.
• Passion for problem‑solving and logical troubleshooting.
• Confidence navigating complex security frameworks and process dependencies.
• Clear communication skills to convey technical concepts to non‑technical teammates.
• Attention to detail and a drive for data cleanliness and process optimisation.
