About the role

Aurecon is seeking a Pavement Engineer to join its Adelaide team. You will work on infrastructure projects that improve communities, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and resilient pavement solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex pavement engineering projects from concept through delivery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges.
• Provide high‑quality advice that informs design and construction decisions.

• Apply advanced analytics and optimisation techniques to enhance pavement performance.

Required profile

• Relevant engineering qualifications with experience in pavement design and construction.
• Proven track record of delivering practical, impactful outcomes.
• Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions.
