About the role
As a Customer Solutions Advisor you will be the front‑line champion for Vodafone customers, helping them discover the right technology solutions and enjoy a seamless experience with their devices and services. This part‑time position offers flexible shifts across a 7‑day schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting devices, accessories and plans that match their lifestyle.
- Provide troubleshooting support for technical queries and guide customers through the Vodafone app.
- Deliver accurate product information and promote the latest offers and events.
- Maintain a welcoming store environment and ensure high standards of service.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic communicator with a genuine interest in helping people.
- Adaptable, eager to learn about new gadgets and telecom trends.
- Positive attitude and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
