Operations Business Partner – 12‑month Fixed‑Term

About the role

This is a 12‑month fixed‑term position based in Sydney, working in a hybrid model. As an Operations Business Partner you will be embedded within a large cross‑functional team, helping to keep the wheels turning while fostering a strong people‑first culture.

Key responsibilities

• Drive operational cadence and goal delivery, maintaining rhythms, tracking progress against company goals and ensuring timely conversations.
• Own high‑impact cross‑functional programs, providing structure, coordination and momentum to bring initiatives to completion.
• Champion culture and people experience by designing and delivering onsites, team forums, celebrations and recognitions.
• Manage communications, synthesising complex information into clear updates and keeping the group informed and aligned.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting large, complex teams (100‑2000+ members) in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong ability to remove blockers, build clarity and keep teams operating at pace.
• Excellent stakeholder management, working closely with Chiefs of Staff and senior leaders.
• Demonstrated capacity to create rituals and moments that foster connection and pride.
