Motorsports Engineer – Racing Programs

About the role

Join Ford Racing’s global team as a Program Engineer based in Australia. You will support the Australian Ford Racing Motorsports sport‑scar programmes, providing track‑side assistance for factory and customer initiatives while contributing to engineering development for current and future projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver track‑side support for factory and customer motorsport programmes.
• Participate in engineering and development activities for existing and upcoming sport‑scar platforms.
• Collaborate with the global Ford Racing engineering network to share data, insights and best practices.
• Assist in the preparation, testing and optimisation of vehicle performance on‑track.

Required profile

• Relevant engineering background with experience in high‑performance or motorsport environments.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven team.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to support on‑track activities.
