Motel Manager Couple – Full‑time On‑site Role in Dubbo

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is for a couple to jointly manage a motel in Dubbo, NSW. You will be responsible for delivering excellent guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily motel operations, including front‑desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Handle reservations, check‑ins, and check‑outs as part of the reception duties.
• Manage budgets, monitor sales performance and implement revenue‑enhancing strategies.
• Oversee food and beverage services to ensure quality and compliance.
• Lead, train and schedule staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality or motel management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work jointly as a couple, sharing responsibilities and decision‑making.
