Manager, Digital Marketing

About the role

BDO is seeking a high‑performing Manager, Digital Marketing to lead the execution, optimisation and performance of its national digital channels. This hands‑on, player‑coach position will drive engagement, lead generation and conversion across social, website, paid and email platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data‑driven digital strategy aligned with business goals.
• Manage social media, website, email and paid‑digital channels to maximise reach and conversion.
• Own paid media strategy, budgeting and performance measurement.
• Deliver lead‑generation and conversion‑focused campaigns.
• Implement marketing automation and drive digital innovation.
• Provide performance insights and analytics to inform decision‑making.
• Lead, mentor and develop a small team of digital specialists.

Required profile

• Proven digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B or professional services.
• Hands‑on expertise across social, website, email and paid‑digital channels.
• Track record of managing paid media budgets and achieving performance targets.
• Experience delivering lead‑generation and conversion campaigns.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Act‑On, HubSpot or Marketo.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience leading or mentoring team members.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
