About the role

Mable, part of the Attain HealthTech Group, is seeking a dynamic Commercial Lawyer to join its growing legal team. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will provide commercially‑focused legal advice across a fast‑moving health‑technology business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide commercial legal advice on IP, marketing, regulatory compliance, employment, privacy and data protection.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks for Attain products and services.
• Monitor legal and regulatory compliance across all areas impacting Attain’s operations.
• Assist business projects aimed at improving products and services.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of legal strategies and initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Laws degree and a current Legal Practising Certificate.
• 2+ years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in a law firm or in‑house legal team, with a strong grounding in corporate and commercial law.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
