Learning Trainer

About the role

Amazon Australia is seeking a Learning Trainer to join its Learning Team at the Lytton fulfillment centre in Brisbane. You will partner with workplace process trainers (ambassadors) to deliver high‑quality training for both new and existing associates across warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and assess a variety of training programmes for new and experienced associates.
• Enter and maintain training rosters and related data.
• Lead and support ambassadors in delivering training and coaching.
• Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and monitoring compliance with audits.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and take corrective action when needed.
• Maintain readiness of training areas and rotate through warehouse processes weekly to stay proficient.
• Identify associate barriers and provide coaching to improve performance.

Required profile

• Dynamic, organised self‑starter with strong communication abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to work overtime as required.
• Ability to quickly learn warehouse processes and become a subject‑matter expert.
• Excellent attendance, punctuality and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Forklift licence (advantageous).
