Leading Hand – Electrical & Solar

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand to join our growing electrical, solar and battery team in Albury. The role combines hands‑on electrical work with the supervision and mentorship of apprentices, supporting both residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial electrical installations and maintenance.
• Carry out solar panel and battery system installations.
• Lead, coach and mentor apprentices on site.
• Collaborate with a local team that prioritises quality workmanship and reliability.

Required profile

• Fully qualified electrician.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Additional accreditations (SAA Solar Design & Install, SAA Battery Installer) are advantageous but not mandatory.
