About the role

Infosys is seeking a Lead Consultant to develop and enhance superannuation software solutions on the Iress Acurity platform. The role is based in Melbourne and offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing flexibility while delivering high‑impact projects for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Iress Acurity solutions to meet evolving superannuation industry needs.
• Customise and integrate Iress Acurity functionality to align with specific client requirements and optimise their operations.
• Analyse system performance, identify improvement areas and implement solutions that boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest superannuation software trends and ensure solutions remain compliant and cutting‑edge.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of software projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and enhancing Iress Acurity or similar superannuation platforms.
• Strong ability to customise and integrate software solutions for client‑specific needs.
• Analytical mindset with a track record of improving system performance.
• Awareness of industry trends and regulatory requirements in the superannuation space.
• Effective teamwork and project collaboration skills.
