About the role

Join ALDI’s award‑winning retail team as a Junior Store Assistant in Melbourne’s CBD West. This casual position offers a fast‑paced environment where you’ll help customers find products, keep the store tidy, and support back‑of‑store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers on the shop floor with a friendly attitude.
• Maintain clean, organised aisles and attractive displays.
• Perform back‑of‑store duties such as unloading, unpacking and restocking shelves.

Required profile

• Available to work weekends, after‑school hours (4 pm‑9 pm) and during school holidays.
• Positive attitude, eager to learn and grow.
• Strong work ethic, reliable and detail‑oriented.
• Team‑player who understands the importance of collaboration.
