IT Support Engineer (On-call/Freelance) – Sydney

About the role

EIL Global is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join its on‑site team in Sydney on an on‑call, freelance or casual basis. You will deliver high‑quality technical assistance to a range of clients across the Asia‑Pacific and EMEA regions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide desktop support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Re‑image desktop operating systems as required.
• Assist with networking problems, including LAN and WAN configurations.
• Configure and support routers and switching infrastructure.
• Respond promptly to technical inquiries to ensure client satisfaction.
• Document support interactions and solutions according to company policies.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to maintain seamless operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
