Integrated Logistics Support & Defence ERP Specialist

About the role

BiORG is looking for experienced professionals in Integrated Logistics Support, Warehouse Management and Defence ERP to join its Adelaide team. The role will lead advanced inventory and supply support functions across the full supply chain lifecycle, apply logistics engineering principles to optimise warehouse operations, and manage Defence ERP master data.

Key responsibilities

• Lead inventory and supply support across procurement planning, vendor engagement and contract management.
• Maintain and optimise inventory systems for accurate stock visibility, demand forecasting and supply continuity, including CoA inventory within ERP.
• Apply logistics engineering to improve warehouse design, storage strategies and material flow.
• Support ship and operational outfitting activities, OAL load preparation and storeroom layout optimisation.
• Develop and manage SLIMS and Defence ERP, delivering training on inventory management and compliance.
• Execute end‑to‑end codification using MCCAT and maintain Defence ERP master data for item creation and traceability.

Required profile

• Experience with Defence ERP, Warehouse Management Systems, SAP, SLIMS, CAMM2 and MCCAT.
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Background in purchasing, supply and procurement processes within a professional environment.
• Proven problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
