Injury Management Advisor – Hybrid (Brisbane)

About the role

QBE is seeking an experienced Injury Management Advisor to join its Brisbane team. Working in a hybrid model, you will support injured clients following motor vehicle accidents, helping them achieve early recovery and a durable return to work.

Key responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation advice and recommendations in line with relevant legislation and guidelines.
• Implement and monitor treatment, rehabilitation, and attendant care plans to support recovery outcomes.
• Assist with the coordination and delivery of departmental rehabilitation services.
• Coach and mentor claims staff, promoting best‑practice injury management across the team.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in CTP (Compulsory Third Party) claims or a similar role.
• Allied health, clinical, supervisory, or workplace‑based rehabilitation experience.
• Broad knowledge of CTP legislation and compliance obligations, with a focus on work‑capacity decisions.
• Proven ability to support case‑manager coaching, decision‑making, and technical claims management.
• Excellent communication, networking, and written skills.
