About the role
Join Connecteam as an Implementation Specialist and help deskless teams get up and running with our all‑in‑one platform. This junior‑level position focuses on configuring Connecteam features, integrating with other tools, and migrating client data, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Key responsibilities
- Meet daily with new clients to set up and onboard them onto Connecteam.
- Configure platform features to match client workflows and integrate with external systems.
- Migrate data from legacy tools into Connecteam.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and R&D teams to deliver a seamless experience.
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Preferably 1 year of experience in a SaaS environment.
- Native‑level English proficiency.
- Tech‑savvy, eager to learn, and comfortable working under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
