Identity & Access Administrator – Service Desk

About the role

Centorrino Technologies is looking for an Identity & Access Administrator to join its Service Desk team in Darwin. You will work within the Managed Services group, helping multiple client environments stay secure, compliant and efficient by managing identity platforms and supporting audit remediation.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Entra ID and on‑premises Active Directory for managed‑services clients.
• Manage user accounts, security groups, permissions and hybrid identity lifecycle (joiner, mover, leaver).
• Troubleshoot authentication and identity incidents, own resolution and coordinate with other teams.
• Handle service‑desk tickets, document actions and escalate when required.
• Respond to client audit requests, extract identity data, implement remediation actions and maintain evidence.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for reporting, automation and administration.
• Automate repeatable identity tasks and standardise processes across client environments.
• Generate audit reports from Entra ID and Active Directory.

Required profile

• Experience supporting Microsoft Entra ID and on‑premises Active Directory, including hybrid environments.
• Background in multi‑client or MSP settings.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
